The Foton R15 has been extensively tested in Russia for both its protective properties and benign effects on the user. Testing was conducted by the Science and Technology Center for Electronic Testing in 2002, and by the Binar Research Institute in 2003.

 

A certificate of compliance for the Foton R15 with government disease control rules and regulations was issued to Dr. Nekrasov by the Russian Federation National Disease Control Service – Chief Medical Officer on March 7, 2003.

 

A certificate of compliance with all requirements for bio-energy safety was issued by the Independent International Center for Consumer Radiation and Biological Safety (Moscow) on December 7, 2005.

 

The developer of the Foton R15, Dr. Vladimir A. Nekrasov, was awarded a patent (No. 24747) by the Russian Patent and Trademark Agency for his invention on August 20, 2002.

On January 28, 2004 the Center for Energy Information Research, led by Dr. Nekrasov as Director, was awarded a diploma for the Foton R15 as being one of the best restorative medicine diagnostic and rehabilitative technologies to be introduced in an industry competition conducted by the Russian Science Center for Restorative Medicine and Balneotherapy, Russian Ministry of Health.

 

Most recently, on August 22, 2007 Dr. Nekrasov was given the Yuri Gagarin medal by Dr. Albert N. Nikitin - President, on behalf of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, for his outstanding contributions to the preservation of health of Russian cosmonauts.
