30 Day Limited Warranty
CANRUS Ventures warrants its products to the original retail purchaser only, against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
CANRUS Ventures agrees to replace any Foton R15 found to be defective by us without charge, provided the Foton R15 is returned to us, postage prepaid, along with proof of purchase and warranty card within 30 days. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification, and does not cover the wear and tear associated with normal daily use.
This warranty is valid only in accordance with the conditions set forth below.
This Limited Warranty is the only written or express warranty given by CANRUS Ventures.
CANRUS Ventures makes no representation or warranty written, oral, express, or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness of the product for a particular purpose, other than those set forth herein.
Any implied warranties on the product (including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty, which is 30 days from the date of purchase. Some provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Under no circumstances shall CANRUS Ventures have any liability for any type of incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or defective performance of the product, or for breach of this warranty or any implied warranty on this product.
The liability of CANRUS Ventures is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective product.
Some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province.
This is not a MEDICAL device or product. It does not substitute, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, for any hospital, medical or pharmacological treatment that could be taken by the user.
